Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • We currently ship across Canada.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any additional shipping fees, return-to-sender charges, or reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
